Jeffrey Pfeffer is taking myths and beautiful stories apart and helps to have a realistic view on organizations and careers which is much more helpful than trying to mimick supposed behaviour of people who you think are successful.

A truly inspiring read and while the content is strong, it's still easy to digest 😄
